• Founded in 1946 by J. Budney who left Hayes Dana to found a local home improvement company.
• Located for 11 years at 16 Ormond street in Thorold, Ontario.
• Manufactured and distributed storm windows and doors, siding, aluminum awnings, enclosures and other home renovation products.
• In 1960 moved to their present location at 105 Merritt Street, St. Catharines.
• In 1973 they began the assembly of thermopane windows.
• In 1976 they expanded operations and added a new warehouse addition.
• In 1977 they began the manufacture of 1 1/4” and 2” aluminum storm doors.
• The company employs approximately 30 people in office, sales, assembly and installation functions.
• Still owned today by original family members.
